A Durable Overprinting System Designed for Converters & Manufacturers

The T3-OPX system enables high-quality, full-color, and durable overprinting directly onto materials with ink-receptive surfaces such as cardboard, postcards, boxes, paper bags, wooden planks or thicker objects like blister envelopes or folded boxes ready for shipment.

Durable Overprinting inks

The pigmented ink provides durability on a wide range of porous media and has been tested for lightfastness, water durability, and scratch resistance. The pigment inks adhere to porous media and therefore, received the BS5609 Section 3 certification having survived five weeks of sloshing cold saltwater.

Versatile production runs

Designed for 24/7 production, the T3-OPX mounts on host systems with runs of up to 460 mm / s (27 meters per minute); automatically adjusting for variances in speed, timing, and spacing. Integrated aerosol fans and an optional material cleaner help to maintain stable, high-quality production.
