Digital label printing machines have many advantages. Some of them are that no printing forms are required - clichés or plates, the setup is extremely quick and easy, which saves large amounts of waste and machine time. Short and medium runs will no longer be a problem. Digital machines can be operated by anyone without the need for extensive experience or qualification, which saves significant salary costs. The required production area and space are many times smaller than those required for conventional machines. Electricity consumption is tens of times lower - instead of a few tens of kW per hour, we are talking about only a few kW per hour. The quality is fully comparable to analog machines, and the productivity is completely sufficient for digital print jobs. Last but not least is the ability to print variable data or frequently changing designs without the additional cost of new printing forms.

Digital label finishing

Digitally printed labels usually require specialized machines for finishing operations and embelishing processes. With these machines you can do absolutely everything you need to bring the product to a finished look. Varnishing or lamination are the most common requirements for labels, which must have high resistance to various influences. Printing of spot or special colors is also a common requirement. This is followed by hot stamping, also known as gold printing. The relief or the so-called embossing also gives a very luxurious look to the final product. Great effects such as relief partial varnish, 3D letters and many others can be achieved through screen printing. Of course, the large continuous roll must be die-cut to separate labels and rewound into smaller rolls, convenient and suitable for different customer applications. Whether it is a production line with several functions or individual small machines, the combinations are countless, and the goal is to meet exactly your requirements. For ultra-short runs we offer roll-to-roll plotters, with which you will be very flexible and independent of deliveries and stocks of die-cutting instruments.

Digital printing machines for corrugated cardboard are becoming more and more popular. Technology has allowed manufacturers of digital printing machines to enter the industrial market for printing corrugated packaging. Direct printing on corrugated cardboard avoids the annoying and difficult lamination, which only made the whole production process more expensive and slower. The print quality is many times higher than that of conventional machines. The printing plates (clichés) have been completely eliminated from the process, which makes it much faster, easier, more accurate and cheaper. Manufacturers can save huge amounts of resources - labour costs, machine time, waste paper, printing plates, cylinders and tools, storage and archiving and much more. The productivity of digital printing machines is comparable to that of conventional ones.
